Terms & conditions

This website (the “Site”) is operated by Dack Hire LTD, a company registered in England and Wales, having its registered office at Lincoln Fields Business Park, Whisby Road, Lincoln, LN6 3QW. Dack Hire LTD is part of Dack Motor Group.

Business-to-business hire

Dack Hire LTD supplies vehicles to business customers only, on flexi rental terms of typically 6 to 36 months. We do not offer daily or short-term retail hire. The specific terms applying to any vehicle hire — including term length, rate, deposit, mileage allowance, excesses and any restrictions on use — are set out in the signed contract agreement between Dack Hire LTD and the hiring business. In the event of any conflict between this website and your signed agreement, the signed agreement prevails.

Insurance

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, vehicles are supplied on a customer's own insurance basis. It is the hirer's responsibility to maintain appropriate insurance cover for each vehicle for the full duration of the hire.

Pricing and specifications

Prices shown on the Site (for example weekly tariff rates) are indicative, exclusive of VAT and maintenance unless stated, and subject to change. All rentals are subject to availability, credit check and deposit. Dack Hire LTD will use reasonable endeavours to ensure that the contents of this Site are accurate and up to date; however, we reserve the right to change prices and specifications at any time. All quotations are bespoke and confirmed in writing.
